Responsibilities

The Production Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring all production floor activities run smoothly and efficiently:

• Manage daily production operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Monitor staffing levels and material availability to meet production schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational or quality issues
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
• Maximize equipment and process capacities to achieve optimal performance
• Support and participate in internal and external audits related to Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven track record in a leadership role
