Responsibilities
The Product Line Manager is responsible for defining & heading the execution of strategic initiatives for a division of the company’s product line:
- Develop & lead the product, technology, and customer go-to-market plans
- Drive alignment between strategic and commercial processes
- Understand the market, industry, and competitive trends
- Ensure competitive cost structures by working with related departments
- Drive competitive benchmarking activities
- Focus team towards strategic priorities
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel up to 20% domestically & internationally
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (technical degree and/or MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of product management, program management, or related
- 5+ years of passenger car experience (sensing, thermal management, emissions)
